Entities will monitor CAR

In the coming days, President Dilma Rousseff must publish the decree regulating the new law

Next Saturday, the 25th, the new  Forest Code  completes a year. So far, practical, nothing has changed with the law, because the  federal government has until this deadline  to publish a decree regulating the Environmental Regularization Program and the rules of the  Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) . Seven NGOs, including WWF Brazil, SOS Mata-Altântica and Socio – Environmental Institute (ISA), created this second, 20, an observatory to monitor the implementation of such legislation, which has an impact on agricultural production of the country.
