Brazilians still have no access to data SICAR
Published during the year-end recess, the Normative Instruction No. 03 of the Ministry of Environment (MMA) regulates access to information contained in the System of Rural Environmental Registry (Sychar) - the database where environmental records of all properties and rural possessions are being stored. It is the SICAR issuing the receipt who made the CAR and certifies that the property is regularized or has environmental disputes.
